Costs

Projects for which an unrestricted budget is available do not occur often at an architectural firm. We are used to disciplined designing within the frameworks that have been determined beforehand. The integral design process helps us to test and monitor the cost of the design per phase. This is done on the basis of conformity with the market, expense index numbers and our own databank with information from past experience.
