Method of working

In the project teams the client and the users work closely with the architect, advisers and the project manager. A transparent consultative structure and short lines of communication ensure that every aspect of the project is covered. A project team is connected to a project from beginning to end. We believe that operations management is part of the assignment and that in this way the design philosophy, up to and including completion, can be monitored.

At the start of each project a total plan is made for the work to be carried out. In doing so the work is analysed per phase and then put into a product list. Checks are made throughout the project in order to ascertain whether or not the work being carried out coincides with the total plan. The departure point is: an agreement is an agreement.
