Quality

When we say quality, we mean the technological aspects: a building has to be a high-quality technical product, whereby optimal use has been made of innovation in the field of building materials and methods. Architectonic quality can therefore be achieved when all the qualitative aspects mentioned are wholly integrated into a design. Moreover, the realisation of a design should always take place within a fixed budget and in a process that runs smoothly.
