PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS
On the basis of the requests, the following programme of requirements has been put together:
To begin with, an increase in capacity with the provision of 18 places in a new building in the category intensive care. A replacement building with 36 places in the category light care. A replacement building with 4 extra places for temporary care. In addition a new building has been requested with 65 assisted living homes, including 40 for social renting, 18 for renting in the mid-segment and 7 in the expensive segment. Finally, a request has been made for a new building for the care infrastructure of 85 extramural places.
