THE DESIGN

Famous buildings in the surrounding area served as a source of inspiration for the facade of Torso. Ceramic tile panels with concrete borders will be given wide windows.

The balconies on the south side are enclosed in glass as sun rooms (that can be opened) as the building gets higher. The glass front of the parking system corresponds to this. Glass and concrete volumes merge with one another to form a jade tower in which the game is played of translucence and transparency. Thus at one point one can observe the shell of the building and at another the resident or his car or a tree.
