PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS
Various utilities have been accommodated in the building. On the ground floor there is a HOED (doctors under one roof), a Red Cross branch (with a garage for ambulances) and an outpatients’ department. The two floors each accommodate two nursing groups of seven residents (psycho-geriatric patients). The utilities on the ground floor have a more public character, whilst the floors above are more private.
