PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

In the left wing of the school the old classrooms will be converted into accommodation for seven somatic residents. The residents will have their own entrance. The old entrance will be used for access to the terrace and garden. The remaining two classrooms are intended for outpatients’ treatment. The transition from the monument to the new building will be made transparent and will be used as a multifunctional space for residents as well as outpatients. The new building houses two groups of six psycho geriatric residents and has its own entrance. Parking spaces will be situated on the grounds.
