PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

On the ground floor there are two clusters of homes for 6 residents. Each resident has his or her own bed/sitting room and there is a communal living room looking out onto the road. On the ground floor there is also an inner garden and a multifunctional area. Eight three-room apartments have been realised on the first floor and the floor above. The residents of the apartments also have a communal area for activities at their disposal.
