PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

The building houses a nursing home for 53 residents, two group homes for the elderly growing demented, 36 places for day care, a restaurant, a mobile kitchen and a car park that covers the whole basement area. This and other (housing) amenities in the area, enable a wide range of care facilities to be provided.
