THE BUILDING
The care wing at the centre of the complex will have 42 nursing places divided into four group homes, seven places for the elderly who are growing demented and 14 places for individual care for somatic patients. In addition there will be 32 nursing places and 12 places for the mentally disabled.
The 2 residential wings together include 22 free sector rental homes, 28 social rental homes and 23 owner-occupied houses, 21 of which have their own parking space in the car park. The three and four-room apartments vary in surface area from approx. 100 up to 129 m2.
The complex will have three to six floors.
On the ground floor, the wings will be connected to one another by a ‘meandering’ level with amenities.
