Dierenriem

Near the Dierenriem in Hellevoetsluis 3 new buildings will be built around a small square. These will accommodate both residential and care facilities. The square functions as the entrance to the grounds. The shape of the buildings is based on the existing urban development grid. The buildings fit in with their surroundings as far as the use of materials and shape are concerned and thus create a continuous wall along the Dierenriem. The low building is a small-scale housing complex. This housing complex has a small patio at its centre with a multifunctional area. The remaining two buildings house apartments.
