The design for the Dierenriem in Hellevoetsluis includes 56 apartments in the sale and rental sector, six small-scale group homes, a childcare centre and a multifunctional care support centre. The programme is sub-divided into three buildings: an apartment block, a combination block and a small-scale housing complex.
