PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

This extensive programme includes housing for 102 mentally disabled residents, divided into 17 group homes each housing six residents. Three of the group homes accommodate residents who need intensive assistance and nine group homes residents who need substantial care. The two new activity buildings include various group spaces and space for physiotherapy, creative arts therapy, music, snoezelen, lunch, etc. Moreover, a number of buildings are being renovated including Heimerstein House, a guest house, the restaurant and an activity building.
