PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS
The design for the Looborch in Zeist includes 52 nursing units, three nursing wards for eight residents, 55 nursing homes, a doctor’s surgery and amenities such as a restaurant, café, kitchen etc. Two car parks are located underneath the building.
