The tower block is a tower that can be seen from afar and that plays a major part in the composition of the area. The building holds owner-occupied properties spread over fifteen floors. The architecture divides the building into three parts: a central mass and two long sides, making clear sections and thus giving the building its slenderness.
The apartment buildings are the baby brother and sister that provide room for owner-occupied apartments. Together they burst from the centre as it were. The buildings are sectioned horizontally and have eight floors, including the parking level.
The apartments make up a long-drawn-out strip that is directed towards the centre from the roundabout. The outward movement provides space for the square and gives dynamics to the way the space is experienced. The strip has four floors. The apartments are suitable for social and luxury renting.
The last block is the care pavilion that has two floors. The architecture can be described as being like fingers that reach into the park.
