PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

The programme consists of 15 medium-sized apartments in the low section and 18 large apartments in the high section. On the ground floor on the side looking out onto the road, there is a healthcare centre, besides which there are additional facilities such as storerooms and storage space for dustbins.
