PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS
Shop space is located on the ground floor of the new building. The space can be arranged freely to occupy a maximum of three shops. In the corner of the building there is a public bicycle shelter for 100 bicycles and a separate area belonging to the apartments, where there is space for 12 bicycles. The entrance to the six apartments is in the middle of the building. The facade behind the bus stop is set back.
