PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

We were commissioned to design small apartments to be situated in the existing bulb-shed, whilst at the same time preserving its atmosphere and character. In close consultation with the government department for the conservation of monuments and historic buildings, a design was made for 27 apartments on 3 floors, around the existing atrium. Every apartment has a private outdoor area or balcony. The business property at the front will be restored.
