PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

Eight rental homes have been built in the Hugo de Grootstraat. These are directly beside the road. All eight have a back garden. Moreover, four of the houses have a roof garden at the back. On the corner of the Hoogstraat, there is a stately building with two rental homes that have their own studio and roof garden.
