In a lengthy and meticulous process with all those involved such as the client, council, town planner, the district water board, landscape architect, contractors and architect, a plan was made to redevelop a former industrial area. Situated at one of the most unique locations, near the centre of Ulft and by the river the Oude Ijssel, this is the first concept for three project areas.
