The design for the apartment complex Hof van Drenthe in Beilen includes 29 houses, seven of which are maisonettes and a basement car park. On the ground floor there is a grand café, office and hotel room. The grand café has a terrace in the green inner garden that is on the roof of the car park. The apartments will be sold with private care facilities.
