The main structure is divided into three buildings around a green inner garden. The buildings are connected to one another by a glass mid-section. Four individual entrances have been created that emanate a feeling of intimacy and recognition.
Because the Kruisstraat is narrow, it has been requested that the facade of the two town houses be restricted to the plot and that the roof gradually become lower. The Perkstraat will manifest itself as a new wall by the open area of the square, thus creating a building with a monumental structure and a certain grandness that will make a good combination with the church.
The Julianastraat is rather wide, making it the ideal place for the location of the entrance and exit to the car park. In the Weijerdstraat a gap has been made in a block thus making the green inner garden visible. The corners of the three different buildings have been lowered on the sides of the surrounding buildings and the road so that there are different views from each corner.
