PROGRAMME OF REQUIREMENTS

Five apartments have been realised on the ground floor, four on the first floor and three on the second.

Each apartment differs from the others and is unique because in the construction of each the surroundings such as view, privacy and comfort etc. have been taken into consideration. The galleries are largely closed, leading to a sense of security and comfort.

The classical appearance of the apartments can also be ‘felt’ inside because the ceilings are higher than usual. The apartments on the second floor are even as high as three metres under the flat roof.
